Refund policy

At Zayre, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy under the following terms.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at zayrstore@gmail.com or through WhatsApp. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the item.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Zayre. Once we receive and approve the returned item, Zayre will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you at no charge.

Non-Exchangeable Items The following items cannot be exchanged: customized or personalized pieces, items purchased during sale or promotional events, and items returned after the 14-day window.

Processing Time Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
