We offer free shipping across Pakistan on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Every ZAYRE order is securely packed in premium protective packaging to ensure your watches and jewelry arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ZAYRE purchase. If you need to exchange an item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition and packaging
• Returned with all tags and accessories intact
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To request an exchange, contact us at zayrstore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the item.

Exchange Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to ZAYRE.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, ZAYRE will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

Approved exchanges are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges are not available for:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
• Items returned after the 14-day exchange period
• Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
